Guaranteed Flower Delivery

We guarantee delivery of your flowers within the time slot you select when placing your order. Your flowers will arrive on time and in perfect, fresh condition. We source our flowers exclusively from trusted suppliers. Once the delivery has been completed, we will send you a confirmation email and kindly invite you to rate our service.

How to Order Flowers

STEP (1) Choose the product you like (a bouquet or a gift).

STEP (2) Select your preferred size of the bouquet, if available, and confirm by clicking Order.

STEP (3) In the shopping basket, carefully review the contents of your order and click Continue.

STEP (4) Choose whether you would like the flowers to be delivered or collected from our shop.

STEP (5) Select the delivery location and click Continue.

STEP (6) Choose an available delivery date in the calendar, followed by the preferred time. Confirm by clicking Continue.

STEP (7) Enter the recipient’s details (we recommend adding a personal message for an extra touch). Then fill in your own contact details. You can use the Order Notes field to list any delivery details you think will make delivery easier.

STEP (8) Select your preferred payment method. If your delivery is time-sensitive (within 24 hours), we recommend paying by card or another instant online method. Proceed by clicking Place Order and Pay.

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email within one minute. Once your payment has been credited to our account, we will send you a payment confirmation.

Once the bouquet has been delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.

Weekdays

Orders (bouquets and additional gift items) can be delivered on the same day, typically no sooner than 180 minutes after the order has been placed and paid for.

Weekends and Public Holidays

Orders (bouquets and complementary gift items) can be delivered at weekends and on public holidays, provided the order is placed and paid for no later than 15:00 on the working day preceding the desired delivery date.

During major floral occasions (Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day, and Mother’s Day), orders can be placed for delivery even at weekends.
